Welcome to The Natural Healing Club, the clinical practice of Fieke Mestdagh. As a trained Clinical Herbalist I dedicate guiding individuals on a natural healing journey. Employing a holistic health approach, focussing on the body as a whole, assessing both physical and mental aspects of your health.

My herbal practice merges the principles of Western Herbal Medicine with the nuanced diagnostic tools originating from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine.

During a personalised 1:1 traject, all aspects of health are assessed, besides dietary changes, lifestyle advices and supplement recommendation, an individual herbal medicine protocol is key to my approach in addressing both acute and chronic health imbalances.

Fieke is part of The Hormone Herbalist team. Collaborating closely with Poppy Burr, Medical Herbalist, offering 1:1 online herbal medicine consultations.

   I've done a workshop of natural cosmetics with Fieke. I've noticed, that Fieke has a lot of knowledge, because she is really passionate about it. She inspired me to buy a book, to dive more into natural medicine.

   Fieke has so much knowledge to share! You can feel her enthusiasm and dedication for herbalism & she takes time to answer questions in depth! We made healing salves of our own choice, with her oil extractions of mainly local & self-harvested herbs. I’m using them almost daily!

   We did an out in the forest walk while my mum was in Zermatt on holiday. It was AMAZING! Fieke was so knowledgeable & shared so much information with us, learning all about what’s in our back yard was really incredible! I couldn’t recommend me these walks & talks highly enough 🙏

   The medicinal herb walk was so informative, interesting and enlightening.  Fascinating to learn how what nature provide can be for medicinal and culinary use.  I learned so much of use and interest as well have having the most beautiful walk in nature.  I thoroughly recommend!

   Fieke is incredibly knowledgeable and led a fantastic herbal tour today.I had no idea just how many interesting plants there are here in Zermatt and actually how easy it would be to use them and gain benefits from them.

Honestly I would reccomend this experience to anyone coming to Zermatt- it's a special chance to connect back with the nature that is so abundant here.

Not only will you take in the beautiful scenery of zermatt but learn things you can take back home with you and implement in your everyday life
